A tattoo isn't the only thing that's permanent; sometimes a reputation can be permanent, and at other times a mentality can be permanent. But what if you could change them? Would you even want to change them? Oh thinks he can change, but he doesn't know if he wants to. His new tattoos were supposed to be a step towards change and a symbol of his change, but then they gave him powers, and now he's unsure of what to do.
